Dolly's Cookery School

Dolly runs an interesting and enjoyable cookery school at Eskdale School in Whitby. At each session she'll take you through a selection of recipes, showing you how to create great food quickly and easily. Ingredients are provided and the sessions are suitable for people of all ages. Working in couples the recipes are demonstrated and taught and you get to take home whatever you've made. These classes are a great evening for couples, friends or parents and children.

XMAS SPECIAL COOKERY SCHOOL CHOOSE THE DATE YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND,DECEMBER 1st OR DECEMBER 15th, BOTH CLASSES ARE IDENTICAL HOWEVER DOLLY WILL BE DEMONSTRATING TWO DIFFERENT DISHES AT EACH...THESE ARE ADDITIONAL TO WHAT YOU WILL BE COOKING THEREFORE NOT WHAT YOU WILL BE TAKING HOME/DOING! ON THE 1st DECEMBER DOLLY WILL DEMONSTRATING HOW TO DRESS A WHOLE SALMON WHICH IS PERFECT FOR OPEN BUFFETS AS A CENTRE PIECE & ON THE 15th DECEMBER HOW TO CARVE A TURKEY ENSURING YOU GET THE BEST OUT OF YOUR BIRD! YOU WILL BE PREPARING & COOKING NINE DISHES THAT WILL COMPLIMENT YOUR CHOSEN ROAST ON XMAS DAY, ENHANCE THE OVERALL PRESENTATION & ADD SOPHISTICATION TO BORING BASICS. CATERING FOR BOTH VEGETARIAN & MEAT EATERS, NOT FORGETTING THE ALL IMPORTANT SWEET TOOTHED PUDDING HOLIC WE WILL BE CREATING A FEAST THAT YOU CAN BE PROUD OF & REPEAT YEAR AFTER YEAR.
